"Inherently, PAG molecules in Orites DS solutions have special features over white oils: higher base oil viscosity (BOV), consistent viscosity over pressure-temperature variation, and excellent lubricity thanks to its polar nature. As a result, our products are formulated with no viscosity thickeners, less lubricity additives, and completely free of sulfur. With our R&D expertise, appropriate additives have been selected to boost PAG oils in response to more stringent conditions inside hyper compressors. Thus, it will help to ensure excellent mechanical protection, mitigate fouling phenomena, and avoid deposit formation inside cylinders. On the other hand, Orites TW 220 S is specially formulated with pharmaceutical white oils and dedicated to specific LDPE applications for which PAG solutions should be avoided.
