"Latest improvements recently developed to make the Hypercompressors more compact by exploiting the power density principle, ie to satisfy the same duty in terms of flow rate with a lower number of cylinders. This improvements also allows to limit the footprint of the machines. The new generation of cylinders also allows better maintenance of the valves and a lower installation cost. The flat bottom of the new PK hypercompressor facilitates the construction of the foundation block, reducing the construction time of the support plinth. All these improvements and related benefits have been applied to the two recently awarded projects for the 8PK and 10PK units"
